Mr. Mintz takes a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes. As a professional trial attorney, Mr. Mintz is aware that usually neither side of a dispute wants to be involved in litigation. Plaintiffs often need the assistance of our court system to recover for an injury, receive the benefit of a bargain or to resolve a business dispute.
Mr. Mintz participates in mediations as an advocate and as a neutral. He has also served as an arbitrator. His experience and practical approach helps clients resolve disputes. Mr. Mintz is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts in Minnesota, Illinois and Nevada.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mintz has a number of extracurricular activities that fill his schedule. Mr. Mintz has been involved in music for over twenty years and has an active hobby singing and recording. Additionally, Mr. Mintz enjoys various sporting activities with his children including regular ski trips to Utah and coaching soccer. Mr. Mintz also serves on a number of non-profit Boards in town and is currently the President of B’nai Israel Synagogue and an officer and Trustee with the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester.
